I receive a "No Application Associated" Error

I have installed one of your Pocket PC applications. All worked well, but I now receive this error when trying to start the application: "There is no application associated with...". What is wrong and how can I make it work again?

This is a problem related to the Microsoft eVB development system. Under some circumstances, installing or uninstalling other applications created with eVB can cause already existing applications to fail. The issue is that the eVB runtime is modified or removed. This is a know problem, unfortunately Microsoft has yet to provide a final solution.
